ONLINE ENROLMENT

We are now able to offer online enrolments for most of our courses. Click on the calendar on our classes and courses page where you can read about each course and then use the enrol link.

You can also complete a registration form at the Pou Whakaaro offices at 40 Te Tahi Street, Whakatane or 1E Tamarangi Drive, Kawerau.

BOOKING

Some courses need to be booked with the tutor, the information about the course will tell you if this is the case, and their contact details will be available in the brochure or on the course link via this site.

INFORMATION

Depending on the course or workshop, your tutor will have set both minimum and maximum class sizes to ensure that the classes are both financially viable and that a suitable learning environment is created.

PAYMENT:

INFORMATION

Most courses provide the option of paying per session, details are usually in the programme but you can ask the tutor if you have any questions. Unless otherwise advised by the tutor, please pay with cash at the course. Occasionally we may ask for a deposit if a course is extremely popular, and we fill courses on a first come, first served basis. 

Most courses also offer the option of payment by TimeBank hours. Please ask about TimeBank membership and the benefits it provides to our community or email TimeBank

We have a page on our community forum dedicated to Community Led Education. Please utilize this space to interact with students, tutors, and the community. This is a great place to have discussions in a class format as well as with the community about any ideas.
