As we re-enter level 2 tomorrow, we would like to assure our community, the people we partner, friends, and whanau that our services remain open.

We will still be operating under strict health and safety procedures as Covid-19 Delta is still out there, and we intend to play it safe.

Even though our services are open at Level 2, we will contact you to let you know WHEN you can return.

When you do return we will have the following in place:

  1. Attendance is only allowed for booked appointments and/or group sessions only (no staying for lunch or waiting in between appointments and/or groups)

  2. Group attendance is only permitted if safe distancing of 2 metres is possible.

  3. Everyone must sign in at reception and sanitise (including people doing drop offs). Everyone must wear a mask or present an official Exemption Card from the government.

  4. Our sign in register is to be used in addition to the Contact Tracing App.

  5. Pou Whakaaro will not transport anyone until further notice.

  6. If you are sick in any way, you must stay at home.

  7. If you are told to self-isolate, you must do so immediately.

If there are any changes to your groups or classes you attend at any of our locations, you will be contacted personally by one of our team members.

We will continue to operate with these rules until we receive further instructions. We will then contact you to let you know what to expect from our team.

We would like to remind everyone to continue to follow safe hygiene practices as follows:

  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and dry thoroughly

  • Cough and sneeze into your elbow

  • Clean surfaces

  • Keep a minimum distance of 2 meters

  • If you are sick, stay at home and ring Healthline on 0800 611 116 (free) or your doctor

  • If you are told to self-isolate, you must do so immediately

  • Use contact tracing forms/app

  • Wear a face mask when in public including on public transport and in public places.
